Since the September 1941 opening of Corte Buona in Milan, the company has evolved greatly. It was bought in 1991 by the Cremonini Group, the largest producer of fresh beef in Italy.

Corte Buona specialises in a wide range of traditional Italian charcuterie products, including Prosciutto, Parma Ham, Milano Salami, Pancetta and Bresaola in retail pre-packed and industrial formats.

More recently, the Gazaldo meat plant was built, a high-care facility for slicing air-dried and cooked pork products, which are produced at Busseto in Emelia.
