Galar was created in 1968, following the success of a family custom to produce Galar using traditional homegrown products for their local store’s delicatessen. Since then, Galar has been dedicated to the development and commercialisation of a variety of fermented meat products like chorizo, pepperoni, sausage, and pepperoni pizza, as well as bacon, pork and ham, served in many different formats and presentations based on customer demand.
